Doctors are good and experienced . Maintanence is too bad. Cost is high compared to normal & corporate hospitals. If anyone admitted cost of unhygine room is 5k per day. Not even western bathroom for patients. Even blood tests , scan and etc are high. We can get more tests done at reasonable prices in Vimta Labs, appollo , Abc imaging etc. Please train your staff some management and soft skills. Patients are deserve some good response.

Staff gud doctors showing attitude. If middle class will join mny will be gone

I visited this hospital along with my mother for Initial analysis. 1. Hospital supporting staff are very rude, unprofessional and does not even treat patients like humans. 2. Initial medical doctor and Nurses both are just in hurry to take money from you for the tests they offer. Without being consulted tk doctor and explained the need of test. 3. There is no follow-up consultation provided for 1 payment. Everytime you visit hospital you have to pay consultation fee. Please look for other best caring hospitals

Doctors are very experienced and good. But medicine,tests and room costs are very high compared to other hospitals... Waiting time is high.

Today is my second visit to the hospital. I went in at the last minute as I felt my wife needs urgent neuro care. The duty doctor who is supposed to screen the patients before they get to see the main doctors - started the cross examination standing in the passage way. His very first question was - Come on tell me what is your problem. If she knows what is her problem - she would have been a doctor herself. Is this a place where respectable people practice or a third rate place where no manners are shown. Utterly rude and unruly lot. I do not suppose the main doctors are not aware of the goings on. Looks like they are not bothered as long as the things do not bother them. There are umpteen one star ratings and no response from the hospital side for the concerns of the patients. That shows their attitude.

Worst experience with staff and helpers they not treated as patient and they have no mercy on patient, we came here an emergency case, my father suffered with parralisis but no one came to help or lift my father into hospital, finally one lady and one guy came but they not interested to lift, me and my relatives lift my father. We enter into casualty the nurses very rood behavior. Mr. Murali he also one of the employee, we noticed him few things he replied on shouting manner, per day here charging approximately 15000 for nurses, helpers and doctors without medication but the services very very worst, once we joined in the room we expected good service but here no one help, we tried to shift another hospital but doctors were very care and good manner Dr Phanindra garu very good manner , we stayed here because of doctors only As per my experience better to choose another hospital, I don't want refer here

Everything Explained in the counter and taken appointment and paid fees before going to Doctor Nurses will check fever, if fever is there they r rejecting the case, atleast they r not allowing to doctor to take advice. And fees also nit refunded,vwe came at 8.45 am appoint ment is 9 am but they saw at 10 am we came out at 10.30 am time waste money waste
