I have been this jewelers' customer since a while now and had bought many jewellery from this shop. But this is very unfortunate that I had very bad experience in last couple of my orders. The most unprofessional jewellery shop I have ever seen. On the day of ordering the staff is very well behaved and promising as well as polite but at the time of delivery (which was very late than the promised date) Staff is rude, unprofessional, false promises on delivery dates and delay in work, even they spoilt my ordered jewellery, wasted time money, their work on jewellery making is even worse. They made my ordered ring bigger in size and instead of delivering a size smaller ring they cut the bigger one, joined the pieces together and made it smaller. The owner is also rude and unprofessional. Haven't seen such jewellers around.
