Very poor staff behavior with patient and care taker. Room not properly clean..staff don't hear patient problem seriously. I can't recommended this hospital. Doctor ravi is good but hospital staff don't

Pathetic service, I have ever experienced by any Dr Ravi hospital, in my life, Just making money while playing little kids health.. Firstly he will never give proper treatment in OPD, just want to admit the patient, and when you ask to discharge, because of no improvement in health of your infant and very bad behaviour of staff, there is no way. Government hospitals are much better then his.

My child got Vaccinated here for Typhoid, when he was physically fit but after couple of days, he has been diagnosed with Typhoid. Then what sort of vaccine has been delivered to him?

Careless staff. No care of child at night especially. My son is of 6 days only. He is admitted in the hospital due to jaundice. My son was kept in the separate room on one machine. In that room they don't allow anyone to stay there even they don't have beds for mothers in that room. Means baby is different room and mother is in different room. But when baby cries then it's their responsibility is to call mother to feed. The staff member assured me not to worried about my baby we are here. But On 6th of April 2022 at night 2:29 AM my son was crying so loudly. But the staff member whose duty was there was sleeping there. I heard a sound of my baby and went there to wake him up. But he didn't respond when I ask him to wake up. After few minutes got wake up and said " Aisa to ho jata hai neend aa jaati" I asked him " yahan sone ki salary lete ho? Then he said " theek hai galti ho gayi". I got that staff person replaced from there Then on 10th April 2022 at 5:20 AM. Same incident happens again. My child was crying so loudly. But this time staff member who was on duty was not in that room as he found outside the hospital. He went out of the hospital somewhere on his bike. When I saw him entering from the entry gate. He tried to hide himself and went to washroom just to show me that I was in washroom. When I asked him where were you. He said that I went out for some work and while going I gave the responsibility of your son to another staff member who sleeping on reception bench. When I asked him why are sleeping outside as you should be in my child's room to take care of him. Then he said " koi baat ni bache ko thodi der rone bhi dena chahiye ". If the doctor and team wants then they can see the camera recordings of their hospitals. They will get the proof of what I have said above. I would request you people not to admit your child in this hospital. They don't have facilities and staff is more than worst. They are not helping people as they are just running a business.

Nice Helping Staff... We had got done the Child Vaccination from Ravi Hospital. Hospital and House of the doctor is attached and hence doctor is also available during any kind of emergency except if he must not be on holiday. Parking is little congested here as only few 4 wheelers and few 2 wheelers can be parked. As it is situated near to Dayanand Dental Hospital so that parking area can also be used.

Dr. Ravi is good, you can consult in OPD. But if you are going to admit your child then there is some problems you will face. 1. Some staff members are not cooperative. 2. They appointed one old lady on the desk (desc: she is wearing a wig - i don't know her name), she is handing admissions and finance over there. She is showing that she is the only one who is busy and working there and no one else. She troubled me a lot at the time of discharge, it got delayed 2hrs because she wasn't doing her job properly. She is very irritated old lady. I asked her for bills, then she said collect it tomorrow. When i went for the collection of bills she again tried to torture me saying that wait for 10 mins. And her 10 mins means again 2hrs like she did at the time of discharge. Unnecessary she is troubling patients relatives. She is spoiling hospital's reputation showing this kind of behavior. Her attitude is like she is working in govt sector. I don't know why Dr Ravi appointed her for this position, she is so slow. This is my reqquest to Dr. Ravi, please give her some other job, because the role she is now is very important and she is kind of not suitable.

Good doctor good for kids but waiting time is long

Ravi doc your are our family pediatrician .. u r very good doc.. when ever my baby is not well u always make her well.
