One of the best pediatrician doctor in Port area and Dwaraka Nagar area. Ravi doctor as listen the problem of child with lots of patience. But the staff are not good and they will not response properly. Doctor gives very good suggestion to babies and mother.

Very worst hospital in Vizag, he against to government rules, proscription writing is very clumsy, no one understands of his bad writing, he doesn't know the medical and pharmacy rules and regulations, his hospital against rules of government. No proper washrooms, Bad Behavior of his servant and pharmacy staff. Worst doctor in Vizag city. stupid maintenance of hospital, He feels. He must know how behave with humans, how he is studied (only backup?) without learning proper behavior with people.

Ravi Kiran Reddy and his staff very bad behavior with patients, I think he runs the business hospital with influence only in city, He does not have medical knowledge, sometimes his hospital treatment through his washroom cleaning staff and pharmacy staff only, He and his staff behave like animals. he must put animal hospital. He is not following as per medical council of India and government rules. How is he working in lotus hospital? And He is not following Govt Rules: Clause 1.5 of the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette, and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, stated as follows: "Use of generic names of drugs: Every physician should, as far as possible, prescribe drugs with generic names and he/she shall ensure that there is a rational prescription and use of drugs."

I like this clinic so far Best for children as the doctor is kind enough to answer every query a parent is concerned about . It's very clean They have a play area which children will love They have a feeding area The staff is co-operative And good surrounding

Staff handling the patients is very bad. They lie and ask the parents to wait without giving correct information. I called and they said 5 patients and waiting period is 20 mins. We reached within 5 minutes and they made us wait for more than 1.5 hour! If there are more patients ahead of us, they should instead tell the truth. We are okay with waiting as along we get correct info. Instead every time we asked they said just 3 patients or 4 patients. 2 or 3 patients wouldn't take 1.5 hour right? But all we did was wait , wait , wait and wait.

Very bad and worst hospital, bad and worst staff and Maintenace, Bad script of writing prescription against to the government rules and regulations. Fake doctor?

New patient registration fee is 350. You have to call on their number starting at 6:55(7 A.M) for daily appointments. Keep their file safe n handy for patients record.

Today only i visit the hospital doctor was awesome explained very clearly staff also very nice !!!
