2 out of 3 times food was good.. 1 experience was horrible other 2 were good.. paneer paradise and chicken Hyderabadi dum biryani was excellent.. must try.. Facility of 20+ people sitting arrangement in a row.. Birthday Decoration are always there..no extra charges.. If any party going on there then service become very poor..

It was good staff is friendly and always readily available no such rush for help fiod us good but i would not say a 5star rating as we got some of it packed and it got spoilt real fast the next morning

I had a very strange experience. I ordered 3 items : onion rings, garlic bread with cheese and italian cheese sandwich. Onion rings was straight bad. If you already have a taste of good onion rings of someplace else, don't bother to try here. Garlic bread was very avg, you can have much better at many places in Bilaspur. Regarding italian cheese sandwich, first of all, waiters didn't had any idea on what they put inside it, they kept on delaying that some other guy will come and explain but no body came and they keep on pushing should we get you this order even though we are asking to tell us about the dish. Then when they finally brought the dish, it was cheese corn sandwich and not italian sandwich and manager keep on saying it is Italian sandwich. Later when we opened the Sandwich and showed them all the corn and cheese inside, he kind of agreed but said in hindi - 'Ab kya karu mai iska'. It simply ruined our mood and we got out of the place. Waiters and managers should be properly trained before letting them take customer facing jobs. Didn't expect this ill mannered staff at such fancy looking place. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

The food is good but the service is not so good there is only one person to take your orders if they will add some staff it's a good place for dinner and other.

The food and the ambience was absolutely great. But the service was pathetic. The server didn't know the menu. We had to constantly ask the staff about the food. The starter was served after the main course, that too after multiple reminders. The staff was clueless and disorganised.

Excellent Atmosphere with lively music. Food quality and quantity is quite good. Pocket pinch is moderate. The staffs are very polite in service. Butter chicken is a must try here with garlic nun. Khulcha was amazing. Chicken Dum Biryani quantity was sufficient and quality of the food is fresh. The ambience is a 10 on 10, good vibes.
