I spent around 5 and a half months training at Rave Fitness Studio under Ehsaan sir and had a wonderful experience. The trainers at Rave have great knowledge regarding fitness and help tailor specific fitness plans for each client based on their goals and abilities/limitations of the body. The environment at the studio is very encouraging with the trainers keeping a balance between pushing their clients beyond the comfort zone while at the same time making sure that there is no untoward injury which occurs in the process. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Rave Fitness Studio to friends and family both for those who are already into fitness as well as newbies.

Rave,(A gym )is a place where people go to train and exercise, but also to unwind, socialize, and recharge. Therefore, a good gym is a facility that promotes physical activity, provides a safe, functional, and comfortable workout environment This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Honestly I never wanted to join any gym. But after I met Saurav bhaiya and visited his gym Rave, I was like this is the gym I need to do workout at. Not like a professional gym with all treadmills and heavy equipments on display. More of free hand and cross fit training and focus of core stability as well. And I'm so happy I joined and with the guidance of Saurav bhaiya I can see results within 2 months already. Body is better shape and I have gained strength as well. Just hoping for more and more better results soon. And to top it all its such a good place to socialize as well. Members are very friendly as well so workout doesn't feel boring at all. My motto, Eat Sleep Rave Repeat! Kudos!
