Ratnapriya hotel and resort - Resort hotel in Ninora, Kokalakhedi - Ujjain, India

Was attending a friend's wedding. Having arrived early booked the suite as that was the only one available. When you call a room suite, it needs to atleast have the quality to value the price which you arw paying.12k for a night is not cheap. The whole room was stinky dirty. I suspect even it was cleaned since last guest. Just with bed, shower area and a hallway doesnt makes it a suite. I would definitely give points for the wedding arrangements. It was really good. The bride and groom would be the best person to rate that though.

I have attended a wedding of my friend. I have stayed almost 2 days. Basically, it's not a resort. There aren't any amenities that any resort can have. The service was very pathetic.

Lacks basic requirement for comfortable stay. Pathetic approach of administration makes things worse. Huge but very poor in maintenance.

Mineral water not provided. Wifi is not inbuilt gave router on request . Room is spacious but Staff is less. Bathroom amenities not provided(no shower gel/ shampoo) .

Hotel is comparitivly neat and clean but it misses the hospitality and their consern for customer satisfaction. We went directly to the counter without booking and the person on Counter Mr. Das told us the charges as 4500 Rs or something like that. We checked online and it was showing 3000 Rs so we checked with him and he said go ahead and book online. Once we booked 2 rooms online the guy told us that we need to pay extra 1000 per room as we also have kids with us. While booking online we had shared info of adults only though. Mr. Das should have told us upfront about this and shod have asked us to add kid details but he was mute then. Guy was polite but he missed the opportunity to suggest what was best for customer. Anyway rooms are good but the sofa cum bed was not cleaned properly. The spray in washroom was on left hand side which was strange Service is super slow. Avoid eating anything here as its costly and tasteless instead just walk (not drive) to the opposite side of the road and there is a excellent vegeterian hotel called Surana Delicious. I would have give more stars but the way they handled our request giving 1 star only. Thanks Mr. Das.

Rooms are not celan, no amenities, staff behaviour is rude, room intercom wasn't working have to go down to reception many times to remind but all in vain. Not at all value for money. Restaurants tables are not clean had to remind staff multiple times to get it cleaned. Service too is very slow, they move with snails pace. Not recommended at all.

Ratnapriya is a very nice place for vacation. We are 10 family members staying here 2 nights, peaceful place, no shouting, good rooms, neat and clean rooms and hotel, very good service from all staff, all staff are helpful and good behaviour, good management. A pure VEG restaurant with nice ambience, delicious and yummy hygienic food as we hope and good service staff. I recommend to all that if anyone come to Ujjain u must stay Ratnapriya and must tast food. We really enjoy our trip and thanks to Ratnapriya management and all staff for a memorable trip
