This authentic South Indian restaurant is located on the main highway while going to Gokarna, Karnataka from Goa. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly and efficient.
We ordered a kind of mini thali, masala dosa, and Mysore masala dosa. The thali included uttapam, idly, vada, upma, kesari bhaat, sambar, and a veg gravy. All of the food was delicious and well-prepared. The uttapam was fluffy and flavorful, the idly was soft and moist, and the vada was crisp and savory. The upma was also very good, and the kesari bhaat was a sweet and delicious way to end the meal.
The masala dosa and Mysore masala dosa were also excellent. The dosas were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fillings were flavorful and satisfying. The sambar that accompanied the dosas was also very good.
Overall, we were very impressed with this authentic South Indian restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good South Indian meal.

A sure bet for pure vegetarian dishes. They offer both South Indian and North Indian thali meals for lunch. Food is rather cheap and in good quantity.
Decent place however is not extremely tidy. You may want to eat good vegetarian food here with some delicious sweets at the end. Peak hours are little tough to manage. This is the only veg restaurant in the vicinity of Karwar and hence a good deal.
Great place for breakfast on Karwar road. Easy to spot this on the highway and easily found on maps.
Makes for a good stop when going from Goa to Gokarna/Yana/Mirzan etc.

Average restaurant with mediocre attitude of the waiters towards customers... Main highlights for food is just stick to basic South Indian Breakfast for a quick halt before heading into the heart of Karwar...
Parking: Ample space for 4 wheeler parking .
Interior: Moderately maintained seatings
Area: Single floored with NO A/C section..but can easily accommodate 120 customers
Washroom: Decent and hygienic
Food: Average taste for Thali though other reviews have reported good for Dosas,Vadas and Puris.. considering the Veg Thali that comes with no replacement for Chapati for Puri.. had to order separately for Puriwhich was quite good. Will definitely keep away from Veg Thali and order something from South Indian Breakfast items that they might be good at... hopefully.
Service: Table service...Cookswere fast enough to cook...Though our Waiter had way too much attitude and appeared uninterested in telling the menu items
Pricing: Very pocket friendly ... Rs85/- for Veg Thali and Rs57/- for 3 big Puris...plus some tax
Payment: Cash majorly... As I did not exclusively see any forms of digital or card payment methods there
Security: Very informational person .. He was eagerly guiding the parking customers in parking their vehicles.
Though the reputation of a place keeps changing due to staff hired.. This review is purely based on our experience this time... In short the table Waiter was acting like he owned the place... I hope this review helps the Hotel Management as well as the travelers who drop by after a journey ... Overall I think the food was average and hope to see the improvements in future

Had ordered masala dosa bhaji in dosa was stale or overnight left over.
Poori was over fried and gravy of poori was left over of last night and tasted foul.

Staffs are friendly and responsive. They have lot of parking space and attached toilet facilities.
