Ratna Restaurant and Bar is located in station plaza. This non veg and veg food available in there and also liquor. Good, and nice location, prices are very high.

We ordered Tandoori, however it was not fresh. They just made it hot and served us. Not worth for the price they charged. Mutto biryani pieces were so hard also the taste of biryani was not that great. I had been to Ratna few years back however that time the food was good and fresh as well. Somehow now I felt their food quality has dropped drastically but not the charges.
Taste of the food was very average apart from finger crispy didn't like any thing else all the chicken piece I got very rubbery chicken tandoori I felt the most important failed completely chicken murrbba also didn't taste good so n chicken pieces in that taste as if it were put inside that later I don't know how to discribe it but in all taste of the food n overall how it is prepared is very important I think

Its has been our family spot right from my childhood . This is the place where i first had Chinese and Butter Chicken and totally loved it .

Talking about the food , The fried rice had the same smoky taste to it as it use to be before , the taste is constant and good and Even for the Butter Chicken and Butter roti it was good as before
The chicken crispy was good in taste too but was cold till it was served
The place is always crowded so you might have to wait . Even for your order to come. Also the food is worth it

Food quality was good. Quick service. They have another area for family members where you can enjoy foods and drinks with your family but little bit expensive. Overall experience is good. Recommended.
We had chosen Ratna bar & Restaurant (Bhandup West) for a friend's birthday party on 13/10/2023 Friday but we were not allowed to sit in the family section as we were 4 boys. We also told them that we have come to eat food. Still they didn't let us sit

The staff of hotel is very rude and they have no manners how to treat customer. Only boys can't go family section to eat food in case you along with girl or any ladies. They think boy's only come for drinking an all. Very bad restuarant.
