It is said to one of the authentic places to dine in. But, sadly the management is extremely pathetic. There's no proper person to take orders nor do they treat the customers respectfully. The person who was in the billing section dint know the price of the menu and kept us waiting for a long time until he finally searched what was the order and the price of each item after he thoroughly went through the entire menu book. It's so sick to have such a person at the billing section. Secondly 2-3 persons came to take the same order and they collapsed, and was blaming it on us. There's no proper person to write down the order. Plus, they use foul language to address the issue too. Thirdly, the bill was also wrong even after a thirty minutes quarrel of explaining the order. Then we decided to take the order and leave, as we were waiting for more than an hour for the food. Once, we came back to the home, we found that, the gravy had only one chicken piece. Stop scamming the people this way, just because you have ample of customers, it doesn't mean that you'll have to treat us this way. Every customer counts and that day you lost one! They changed the entire storyline and framed it the other way. That's so unprofessional to do so. Sick of such a kind of management, also do know that your reputation is soon going to be lost. Treat your customers well!

Foods are good, especially taste good. Budget friendly place in arakkonam. Unlimited veg meals at @ rs 49/-. And non veg meals with 5 gravies...@ rs 90/-. We never get it for this cost anywhere. must visit ,.

Humble place with honest, tasty food. Kola fish fry and prawns gravy were just great. Service is really fast. Small mess-like ambience so keep expectations in check on that front. They have an AC room with 2 tables which we were lucky to be seated in. Will surely go there again for the food.

Had lunch over here,one of the best briyani(in restaurants)I had in recent times.we even ordered Mutton Sukka and nonveg meals both are decent,felt 240 is bit pricey for the quantity what they gave,but Mutton cooked properly, and Sukka also not authentic one.We ordered egg fried but received chicken, so felt lil disappointed. They gave family room with Ac. What I felt is food is good but they have to improve their ambience and proper Barrer to avoid miscommunication. Better we can do take away here for families

The ambient is awesome...!! Foods quality and taste are very nice. Price is high when compared.

Nice food in affordable price Unlimited meals veg/ non-veg

Based on review I was visited for dinner, but totally disappointed. They are caring customer well but Taste is average, ordered kizhi parota served low heat with in 5 mins. Pallipalayam chicken cost is 200 but there is 6 or 7 pieces only. Pls improve quality of food.
