A good lodge to stay. Rooms are spacious. Neat & clean. Maintained well. Located at the heart of Pollachi city. About 100 meters from the main bus stand. There is no geyser in the bathroom. Solar powered hot water is provided. Need to be first to take a bath in the lodge to get hot water. Also in case it's a cloudy day, then be prepared to take cold water bath
The worst experience I have ever faced. The receptionist was the one who caused a bad experience from the beginning. I guess they don't mind our reviews. Try some other hotel to stay. Check in process which they follow is meaningless and worst. First change the staff and do some good business.
Had a comfortable stay. Especially Mr. Sidharth's hospitality was too good. All the staffs are too friendly.
Positives- 1. Excellent location - Restaurants, bus stand, auto stand, market, hospital, pharmacy etc. Everything is at a walkable distance. 2. Spacious rooms - big beds. No cramped feeling. Rooms were clean. Hot water available in the morning. 3. Value for money. Negatives- 1. Sleep quality is not good because hotel is on the main road. Traffic noise. 2. No parking. Have to leave your vehicle parked on road. No other option. 3. Wifi keeps disconnecting a lot.
Overpriced. They don't offer anything worth the price. Bed is dirty. They don't offer hot water in the room. Check other hotels with lower prices and better services.
The worst hotel I have ever seen. Very rude staffs with very bad attitude It's just a costly roadside lodge with voice pollution.There is no dedicated parking or security for even bikes as it's on the highway roadside, we have to park the car road side.the scam part was they provide a discount but we have to pay full amount without discount on the check in itself. But at the check out time they don't have change to return. And we have to left without the offered discount. How fantastic
Had such a bad experience ... that they don't provide a proper service and they are rude there is no proper electricity service in this hotel and they don't have water service in toilet room and the room ac will not work most of the time ..... please don't book this hotel... it is not worth to book here...
A simple & clean business hotel with easy check in process . Commute vehicles , decent restaurants are easily available and friendly staffs were helpful for a good stay. Worthy !!
For short trip, this is ideal hotel to stop over. They can give a small soap in bathroom. Service boy was very efficient. I recommend this hotel for family also.
