Both Dr. Gaurav Rathi and Dr. Purvi Rathi are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. Interacted with both on separate occasions while accompanying someone to seek medical treatment and the treatment provided was helpful.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.I wish I could give 0 star. I had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Gaurav Rathi, a doctor I visited for knee treatment. I must say that I found Dr. Rathi to be very rude and dismissive. Whenever I tried to contact the hospital for any queries, they would simply tell me that the doctor was in the middle of a surgery. This seemed to be a commonly used excuse, which left me feeling frustrated. On the rare occasion when I did manage to speak with Dr. Rathi, he abruptly disconnected the call with his rudeness. I was disheartened by this unprofessional behavior. Despite spending 10k on my treatment, I was left with no signs of improvement. Furthermore, the medications prescribed by Dr. Rathi were so heavy that they caused gastrointestinal issues for me. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with my overall experience, as I had hoped for a positive outcome and a pleasant interaction with the doctor.

I am regularly visiting Rathi Hospital for my pregnant wife. Dr Puri Rathi is very Co operative and good in nature. My wife emotionally attached with Dr Purvi Rathi due to her good patient handling capabilities and guidance for do and don't. Per visit charge is Rs 300/- to Rs400/- and everything timing for doctor visit is 6:00pm to 8:00pm from Mon to Sat. Morning timing I don't know. Well I don't know the baby delivery hospital charges etc till date. From doctor point of view my experience is awesome. Let's see how staff is supportive during delivery.

I had a hip broken 5 years back and the Dr Gaurav replaced the hip which has got amazing results. Recently I had PCL injury in the same leg and he guided me very well to recover from my injury. People write in their reviews like they have to wait some more but I never faced like that anytime. Secondly if any emergency comes then definitely he has to attend that first and then focus on OPD and he genuinely give proper attention, guidance and treatment as per need.
