i would like to give 0 stars but there us no option i bought a hercules streetcat fron here,when i bought it its chain was derailing again and again at first they said come there,but we refused to go there then they sent their mechanic and he repairs it ok the after 2 months i had to apply gears for the cycle they applied it but whenever i was trying to shift at 1st gear the gear would only at 2nd not first,then one day the gear suddenly went to the 7th gear i didnt know ehst was happening then i go there and reported it they repaired it then comes to the tyres i rode it on a plain road but it got 10 puntures in the front and 3 puntures in the back and i even got the tubes replaced but still there was punctures very bad quality tires and then my rear tyre was behaving weird then i got to a cycle repairer he said some bearings were missing then i got even new bearings.very bad quality cycles do nit buy hughly reccomended.

I went here today(24 june 2021) with my family. I bought a bicycle. I wanted to use the washroom but the employee refused. In the end I went to ask the owner but he also refused. It was a shocking experience .Not recommended at all.
They have nice cycles but very high price. Also the staff shows the cycles are very audacious.
