Subject: A Terrible Experience at Rathi Children and Maternity Hospital - Beware! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit to your hospital for an anomaly scan. I feel compelled to share my ordeal as it not only left me deeply dissatisfied but also raised significant concerns about the professionalism of your medical practice. During my visit, I had high hopes for a comprehensive and detailed anomaly scan, which is a critical stage in ensuring the health of my unborn child. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The doctor, not only exhibited rude behaviour but also lacked the essential professionalism that one expects from a medical practitioner of your caliber. To our shock and dismay, the information provided to us after the scan was shockingly basic and lacked crucial details about our baby's well-being. This left us feeling anxious and uncertain about our child's health, which is an unbearable situation for any expectant parent. My concerns were further validated when I sought a second opinion from three different doctors at three separate hospitals. Each of them independently confirmed what we had feared: the report we received from your hospital was severely lacking in the necessary details about the fetus. This revelation has only added to our anxiety and frustration. I implore anyone reading this review to think twice before considering this hospital for any medical services, especially when it concerns the well-being of your precious little one. My experience at your hospital has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid the same distress that I have endured. In summary, the behaviour of the doctor I encountered, coupled with the lack of professionalism and the inadequacy of the scan report, has left us deeply disillusioned with our visit to your hospital. We trusted you with the care of our unborn child, and this trust was tragically misplaced.

"REVIEW ON BEHALF OF MY WIFE" I had a highly unpleasant experience with this gynaecologist. Their communication was extremely rude and unprofessional, as they shouted and lacked basic manners when talking to patients. What was even more concerning was their insistence on changing my surname after marriage, despite there being no legal requirement for this in India. Patient choice should be respected, and this doctor failed to do so. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking their services. And if you still have problem with my review please refer to the article no. 19(1)(a), 21 and 14 written in "THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA"

the service facility of that hospital is excellent. all nurses are hard working and friendly talk. the main point was the cleaning was fabulous. you don't feel occurred. definately i suggest that hospital.

My Daughter Aayat Fatema vomit and dehydrated. We visited Rathi Hospital midnight and Dr Rathi Sir attended her promptly. Her admitted for 3 days. Now her is absolutely right and no vomiting and eating properly. Doctor and Hospital staff is good and very co operative.

I had visited the lady doctor for my wife treatment on Sunday. She charged me extra money for that and didn't even have time to talk to relative about the medical condition . She had just came diagnosed even without asking complete problem gave some priscription and ran away . Very rude behaviour by the doctor

Rathi Children and Maternity Hospital is one of best hospital in Kamptee-Nagpur, I got an amazing experience here, this very clean and safe hospital in Kamptee-Nagpur, it has amazing staff members and facilities. Thank you so much Dr.Sanjay Rathi Sir and Dr. Shabnam Ma'am for good treatment to my daughter, she is recovering very fast. Suggestion: Kindly try to start "Cashless Facility Health Insurance" including Pharmacy(Medicines) and Pathology Lab, it will easy for us to take care of our patient. And kindly start "Card Payment Facilities" for needy people who want to use Credit/Debit Card.

My son, Athrav , was very sick and had severe respiratory distress. We visited Rathi hospital in the middle of night. Doctor Sanjay Rathi attended him promptly. His spo2 was 85percent He was admitted for 3 days. Now he is absolutely alright with saturation 100percent.He is now eating and playing well. Doctor and staff is very very cooperative. Cleaniness is nice. On the top services is very optimum and economical. I recommend this hospital.
