I have taken gold from your shop in Nanded. You always give us a bag along with it. Your manager did not give us the bag twice. When I asked at your cash counter, they said that the bags are in the custody of the manager. I talked to the manager. So the manager says that the bag has not arrived yet, I will give it later. Here it is not the value of a Customer but a bag value. That's why you don't have to think about whether to go to your shop. Because your manager has more attitude.

Best quality assured. Service is good, though number of variety pieces were not available (in such a big specialised showroom). Buy back facility of old gold seems to be quiet reliable. They also provide gold ornaments on instalments.

Good designs but not that much varieties

Not much varieties are available. I purchased one ring, but at cash counter i experienced very weird thing. They were throwing the bill, gold, gold pocket, carry bag as if it is a kirana store.

Staff doesn't working enthusiasticly. Specially ladies staff got irritated if u ask them to show product again, as it is jwellery shop so customer can't choose their products in few min ,right?
