Nice resort in mount abu with scenic beauty. The resort will take you very close to nature and rooms are cottage style. They are spacious and comfortable. You can enjoy the pleasant weather of mount abu from your room balcony. The restaurant is upstairs without a lift. So people who cannot climb will find it difficult to get to the restaurant. The chairs of restaurants are not comfortable. They are too heavy. The food is good. Taste can be enhanced further with more menu. Overall a good experience. The staff are very good.

Cons: Rooms are not maintained at all, chairs are broken, sofa was torn, rooms had big stones which was not removed during construction due to which it gave bad smell, bathroom had no ventilation. Food is very costly. Pros: Good location away from town middle of nature. Resort is big. Service from the staff is good. Big and green garden.

Amazing hotel at an amazing location, far from the mount's main town. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, food & service is excellent, the restaurant extremely charming and the staff's hospitality is at the next level. The only problem we faced that there was no mobile network in that area. We were dependent solely on the hotel's wifi but that too didn't work inside our rooms. We had to come out of our rooms in the garden or lobby area to get wifi connectivity. The hotel should really add some more wifi extenders so that their guests aren't disconnected from the world. The hotel isn't cheap by any means, so taking care of such basic necessity is a must for the management.

The best part of the property is the location... Situated away from the hustle bustle and noisy traffic, the environment is pleasant and serene. With all amenities present in the cottages, amazing food in the restaurant and fun swimming pool to chill with kids, it makes up a complete package. I would recommend it to all nature lovers as the varieties of birds in the campus is great and from the uphill in the premises one can enjoy the surreal shades of sunset (better than the crowded sunset point). I recently stayed at Ratan Villas and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The resort is situated amidst the serene and beautiful Aravalli Hills, which provided a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The property is very well-maintained with lush green gardens and a beautiful swimming pool, which added to the charm of the place. The room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was well-appointed and had all the necessary toiletries. The room also had a good out side space that offered a panoramic view of the hills and the valley. The resort staff was very courteous and helpful. They were always ready to assist and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Special mention to hotel manager "Shyezad" was very polite and helpful. The food at the hotel was excellent and the restaurant had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to explore the beauty of Abu. Overall, Ratan Villas is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mount Abu.

0 star hotel . In my life never seen hotel like this , front of the room drainage are open . Swimming pool is very dirty. And manager says we don't have cover grannies. Waste of money. Every room have insects.
