Lot of space is available for seating, you can either seat on ground floor or on upstairs.. we ordered some chinese dishes which came within minutes so service is good.. taste of dishes were good I will not say extraordinary but it was good.. overall good place to go out with your friends and family members..

I have been visiting this place for about more than 6 years and what I can tell you is this is a good family resturant with good food but their are many points which adds to its demerit. 1.At times of rush the resturant is incapable of maintaining their food quality.( same food ordered at different times has completely different look and taste) 2. The service is completely awful irrespective of the time. The behavior and the way of presentation is absolutely below the mark. 3. No feedback helps so you can avoid wasting time on that.

Nice and very old restaurant in Varanasi. All staff are good, & prompt, food is delicious. Only problem of parking space.

Visited for lunch Ordered Paneer Manchurian, Butter naan, Lachcha Paratha, Cold coffee with ice cream Service - 5/5 - Service was quick and they politely ask you what would you like to have everyone and then (or whenever they bring your order) Food - 3/5 Paneer manchurian : They said it would be dry but it had way to much capsicum, onion & tomato pieces (note that panner was not coated with corn flour and fried but normally cut ). The quality of panner was very good, although the dish on a whole could have been made better Butter Naan : Love the butter naan - it was buttery Lachcha Paratha : I was disappointed with this item. It was dry (very little butter spread on top) and was doughy at many parts... Cold coffee with ice cream : It was good and cold, not too sweet... Overall - 3/5

Today I have visited at Rasna resturent...... I just want to share my feedback..... This is very bad resturent.... Food is not good also staff behavior and service are very low quality..... I just want to suggest to everyone don't visit this resturent. I just want to suggest to resturent owner kindly check camera 1-1 hower of second floor for staff behavior..... Ur staff are having very cheap quality service.....

Previously it was good but day by day it's degrading his reputation and food quality even the staffs are so rude they don't have sense how to talk and treat there customer always in a rush to get the things done fastly so that another person can come but in that the customer who is already dine in in his restaurant are not treated well. Total pathetic experience I would recommend to go to SAHI RESTAURANT there food quality and customer handling is so well mannered don't waste your money on RASANA....
