Dear All, please dont select this hospital for vaccination, today myself and my wife booked for 2nd dose Covaxin through cowin portal for a time slot of 2.00 Pm till 4.00pm and manged to reach there by 3.30pm. While entering the hospital we could see lot of crowd not managed with distance (Govt. Says and instruct the public and publicly managed places like hospital etc., to keep all the norms of Covid 19 precautions but we could not see anything there). Once we entered the first floor, a person and few of his members (Present-ability not suitable for hospital environment ) told himself the Husband of Dr. Deepa and was shouting at the audience having no control on him. One his supporter approached me and asked our whereabouts, i said i have taken an appointment for Covaxin 2nd dose and i have the secret code too. (he was not aware of the system), and he was shouting at me like managing a person went there without knowing any system, and also asked me to write my phone number in the aadhar, I did so and paid a total of Rs. 2820/- (no bill) waited our turn of vaccination and got vaccinated, while leaving i could see a lady compulsory asking us Rs.20/-. for Dolo par.. We have also noted the person told himself as the husband of Dr. Deepa is giving vaccine to a lady who came there without aadhar and no proper details (i think he just collected the mobile number ) , Dear friends please think before choosing such hospitals (importance only to money and not to peoples lives ) my humble request.Please dont visit this hospital, very rude and mismanaged people

We are parents because of Deepa mam... We got positive results in first cycle of treatment... Thank you so much...

A decent hospital affordable for middle class people

Been to Rasi Hospital , RS Puram for Sputnik Vaccine today . Compare the old reviews on the hospital , I could understand today that they have improved in managing and getting organized more and also making things clear to each batch before administering the vaccine. Just to make a note that Card payment is not accepted and you have to carry cash. Vaccine cost is Rs . 1145/- for which receipt is given . Also they charge Rs . 150/- extra as facility charges and no receipt is given . for another Rs.10/- they will give you 5 Nos of Dolo 650 also . The nurse who gave vaccine was very professional. Overall experience is Good

Very worst behavior receptionist. Dear hospital management, first you will teach to your staffs how to treat a patient. And also the doctor fees is over. Am not satisfied this. Dear all please think before u select your comfortable hospital. Really poor

I was Bewildered to find such a low quality hospital in the center of the city. How come no inspection has happened in the city hospital? No proper maintenance. Staffs behaviour made me dissatisfied. The staffs and nurses are lethargic. I went to get injected (vitamin injection) prescribed by an other hospital. Since i couldn't travel long decided to get it here. Iam having injected monthly once so i know how the pain but i didn't expect to see blood after getting injected. Past injections haven't made me to see blood even a single time. When i asked about the blood the nurse accuses me that the position was wrong and i shaked myself. First of all how can a nurse inject a patient when the position is wrong? Come on.. i have been getting injected back to back for past few months and i dont know to cooperate? Also i got vaccinated here, before the patient even enter the hospital they have got the vaccine loaded and not explaining or enquring tthe patient. Worst hospital. Worst experience.

I wish Google got 0 star rating. I went along with my friend for sputnik 2nd dose after booking through cowin portal. 1st of all, they don't have a good parking facility and inside the vaccination centre, it's just one tiny hall and 2reception desks , one for enquiry and the other one for cash payment none of the staffs have proper uniform and it's hard to identify who all are the hosp staff. For covaxin 1st and 2dose, covishield 1st and 2nd dose, sputnik 1st and 2nd dose, it's just one receptionist for bill payment, and it's a huge rush as if you are going to buy something from a SALE. No proper queue, no token and no proper management and no social distancing atleast and many of the staffs didn't wear the mask properly. No bill was given for the payment and it's just one piece of paper with handwritten note "sputnik 2nd dose", which was given and took it to the vaccination room and I think it's four staffs and all vaccines"covishield,covaxin, sputnik" in the same room and my friend was shouting, since they were not listening, like it's SPUTNIK 2ND DOSE, to each guy he encounters. One staff came came with already filled up syringe to vaccinate him. Hope it's SPUTNIK 2ND dose, we are still really confused whether it's SPUTNIK or not. Please do prefer other CVCs for vaccination. I took my 1st dose from diet and diabetic which was still good and 2nd dose from royal care which was an excellent cvc, I really loved it. But this one , the worst.

I did not like it initially as the infrastructure was not good but my first impression on the doctor Mrs. DEEPA JAYARAM was great. Having infertility issues I visited a lot famous hospital in and around cbe. I was referred here by a urologist. On the very first test the doctor recognised I had PID. The treatment was good and I was able to conceive. Then comes multiple fibroid issues which I sailed through with the doctors great support. Though it looks like the nurses weren't professional they provided so much support during and after delivery. Two girls were deployed outside the room providing 24/7 assistance. When the baby cries they attend immediately, they feed if the baby needs to be fed with formula milk, holding the baby throughout night giving us some resting time, taking the baby to show in sunlight two times a day. My mom was my attender but she did not have much to do as everything was taken care of by the hospital staff. She was very satisfied. My perception on the hospital has changed and I would say they aren't business oriented as many hospitals are and are service oriented. Greatly satisfied..
