Rashtriya Military School (RMS), Bangalore (Erstwhile King George Royal Indian Military College) is among the premier boarding/residential schools in the country, established on 1 August 1946. Recently celebrated Diamond Jubilee too. It is one of the only five RMS of its kind in India. The Alumni of these schools are known as GEORGIANS, after their founder father King George V. The school has been recognized by Sports Authority of India (SAI) as a Nodal Centre for Boxing. It is also a feeder institute for the Armed Forces of the country. Started intake of Girl cadets too from 2022 Academic session.

My Son is studying here. We are Civilian and yes, if your child can Crack the entrance with the good score and is physically fit... then there is a fair chance of seeking admission. Don't expect the luxury of easy-going here.. kid will go through a tough and disciplined life style with training to become mentally and physically strong. Balanced Academics, Sports and Fitness are key deliverables. RMS has also introduced separate girls quota from this ACADEMIC YEAR.

Rashtriya military school Banglore is the best school of the country. It is located in the heart of the green City Banglore with a very big and lavish campus. They transfer a boy into a gentleman cadet who will lead the nation in every aspect. I am very proud that my son is a part of this great institute.

My first and unique experience...the place with which I fell in love. The school is nothing less than a paradise. A lot of activities in addition to academics are perfectly done there. The school is lush green campus where all types of trees are there. The school had produced many successful persons such as Military/civil officers , Entrepreneurs, Engineers, Doctors and what not. This all type of education and facilities are provided at a very nominal fees. It have got beautiful cadets mess which feeds the hungry stomach of hardworking cadets, has its own auditorium, hospital.This school have got more than 8 grounds, 2 basketball courts, volleyball courts, boxing hall, swimming pool , tennis court, shuttle court . I don't know why some ppl rated it less but they are wrong . Considering all this facilities that too in expensive city with a nominal fees make it outstanding. No other school can compete this one

This is the best school in India according to me and it's very tough to crack entrance exams of this school and get admission . This school not only teaches academic syllabus but the value of life .Most of the cadet of this school become officers In Defence Force ( Army, Air Force, Navy) and in civil service ( IAS, IPS IFS).T
