The layout is very well planned with more than 1500 plots. Its planned better than BDA layout and prices has started appreciating slowly now due to upcoming houses in the layout

Excellent & well planned layout with very good roads, gardens etc., inside. Moreover, connectivity is very good and close to Highway. One can expect good return on investment. If more houses constructed in the layout will enhance the probability of increase in demand as well as price.
Good layout planned with many blocks and plots. Has multiple parks and greenery is the best thing. Though it is out of Bangalore, it should have all the required things available within the layout. Very nice planning of the block sites. It would also have a D-Mart at the entrance to solve most of the shopping problems.
Please don't buy from this place ...they won't respond properly once they property is sold! Documentation are very badly maintained.Reselling is very difficult they misguide the buyers.
120 acre layout with more than 700 sites.looks really good. Broader roads and good connectivity. Sales person here is not having much interest to sell plots. Advertisement says that it's only 15 minutes from Yeshwanthpur. Infact, it will take more than half an hour to reach this place. Sales person is hesitant to give proper details over phone as well as in person.
One of the best project I ever visited....!!! It's not a layout....infact it's a garden....Plenty of Trees....Parks....Wide roads...!!! Yes, I except that, price has not gone up.....it's not only in this layout...it's across Bangalore...!!! Down the line, in @ 5 Yrs......This will become one of the potential place for lively hood.....NH Road expansion and Metro expansion till Nelamangala will make this Layout more attractive.
