The experience is very bad overall.
I know they had huge collection but shows very little. You have to specify type of design weight in specific manner not in range. After all of that behaves like you asking for favour not paying for jewellery. Never suggesting any individual to go there alternatively there are multiple good shop around with extremely good behavior shows multiple design and overall your experience will be great.
Gold quality is too good. Too many varieties specially in 22k. Too much croud in the morning time so according to me reach after 1 or 2 pm
They don't have much options. Staff are very rude. They just don't care if you go for a single piece of ornament like ring or earring. Parking is a big problem. Wait for 4hours till nobody cares

Need lots of improvement for Customer related demand. They treat every customer in same manner regardless of their shopping/services related query.
But they provide genuine gold and i can say that many others brands also provides genuine gold now a days.
One suggestion, need to check customer query first in special ocassion as lots of customer willing to buy gold.

I understand their staff's are too much loyal for the owner but they need to think about the customers respect, values, emotions etc.
I am writing this just because i went and found myself dissapointed there, specially 'STAFF'.
