Rasha Residency - Hotel in Kalpetta, Muttil - Wayanad, India

It was a budget hotel that I was looking for.. the pricing was pocket friendly. It had queen size bed and attached bathroom. That's all, and it was right in the highway. Location was good. Value for money I felt as it was rs 500per night. I just had to sleep so it was worth.

OK OK budget hotel. Nice location. No food is available. Next to hotel veg restaurant is available and small ice cream and snacks shops opposite to hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. 2 bhk flat at 1000 good price in Wayand area. Hotel people can arrange events if you interested in trekking near by places. Nice staff.

Poor Room Service , TV is not working that's ok.. Considering the budget, but the toilet flush not working properly.. Don't know the hygiene of the beds.. If your budget on short, you can opt this.. Neither you need a nice room service not go for this.. Parking area is narrow and limited space.. There is no restaurant/hotel near by.. You need to bought or carry from the way.. Outside Noise is entering on the rooms.. Anyway go for this if you have limited money to spent on rooms..

The rooms are probably big. With 2 or more beds. In a single bed room can afford upto 5 persons with cheap rat. The conditions of the bathroom locks and facilities are very bad. There room has enough privacy.

Stay here was a horrible experience. To begin with these are service apartment 2bhk. They only provide beds with side table and chairs. TV doesn't work. Entire apartment was damp. Insects were crawling in washroom and bedroom walls. They couldn't provide proper clean towels. There was no electricity entire morning and the care taker was no where to be found. There were no cutlery. It is overpriced with no clean place. Total money waste. Hell to be precise. Money waste.

Dont book this so called "hotel". We made a really big mistake by booking this through AIR Bnb, thinking it was a homestay. Rooms are dirty, spiders are everywhere in room. No supply of hot water, weather is cold here. Person at reception is hardly available , and dont even understand English. Window glass panes were not there, lot of noise come from road.

The hotel was good and at very good location. Rooms were kind of ok. The staffs were really nice and helpful however food was not up to the Mark. Can Stay here but order the food from outside.

This is a very clean and nice place. The customer service is excellent. There is a peaceful common balcony
