The resort property, service, rooms are very nice and kids friendly atmosphere and well behaved and generous staff. I had a long stay with this property during my business trip and the only drawback found in the food menu overall was that the food was good but it has limited options and is not enlarged, they have limited options for non-veg items and do not provide mutton dishes.
Whenever we visit the industrial area of Silvassa & if it's our lunch time, we prefer having lunch at Ras Resort. The food it serves is Fresh, Hot and Tasty.
Been there for a team outing in Aug of this year the property is ok however the services from their corporate sales team is very bad, there was hefty deposit taken before the event date & was told the amount would be refunded within 7 days from the event day, it's going to be close to 2 months and the money is not refunded there are just false commitments being made with dates and reasons. I have been following up the team have stopped responding to calls or.messages. I.am.happy to share/post the name of the sales rep with email trails and messages
Dining at the restaurant was a truly enjoyable experience - the food was sublime! The tantalizing aromas that wafted through the air as the dishes were being prepared were enough to whet any appetite. With every bite, a burst of flavor and texture filled the mouth, each dish providing a unique and unforgettable experience.
Old but fancy hotel! The rooms need definitely renovations. The location and the external landscape were amazing.
Had stopped at Ras resorts for lunch with my family. Good ambience, decent food although quite a few Rajasthani dishes were not available when we wanted to ordered them.
My friend from Silvassa suggested Ras Resort. We three friends stayed for one night. The resort is on the Daman Ganga River set in a beautiful garden. Our room has a river view. We enjoyed the night stay in heavy rain. Morning breakfast at an open air cafe near the pool side with tasty food items. Overall excellent ambiance and location, good staff and best services.
