Good ambience for workout at late morning otherwise it is crowded usually. Moderate fees and worth for money. Not well experienced trainers but have good knowledge. Have lots of equipment to do various weight training but has limited (only 2) equipment in the cardio section. Friendly trainers is an advantage.

Good gym for training, equipments and dumbess amazing. Plates not rubber coated so had injuries. but space concern issues arise. Ventilation is not sufficient. Please re-arrange Dumbells rack and drinking water location. Provide more heavy duty mates on the floor, Will make sure for good comfortable.
