I have been a memeber since 2018. If you care about fitness, this is the best place to be. The instructor Mr Saumik Rao is very knowledgeable about exercise, stretching and diet.

Amazing place. It's not a modern Gym. But is for serious bodybuilding. The gym owner himself coaches students, he is one of the best in the industry. Superb knowledge, excellent command on his subject. A must visit for someone who seriously wants to build a physique in a clean way.
