I had been consulting doctor Sunita for my wife's pregnancy for the past 4.5 months. Recently, I sent a prescription slip via WhatsApp to inquire about something, hoping to receive some guidance. However, instead of a helpful response, the doctor insisted that I should come to the hospital. My query was as simple as if we need to perform some specific test or not.
During the phone call, the doctor was unable to identify which patient I was and responded with unprofessional behavior. She raised her voice and criticized me for querying her about a medical test on the basis of advice from my family members.
I believe that communication and empathy are essential in healthcare, especially during sensitive times like pregnancy. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. I hope the doctor can improve her patient communication skills and offer more considerate care in the future."
This is totally bad hospital . I wait for 2 hours for sonography but everytime when I ask for doctor they said that doctor is coming in 10 minutes. I was having very severe pain of kidney stone and hospital is like give money and wait for doctor.
Rao hospital is the best hospital in Jaipur ,they treat patients very nicely and take care of every patient like a family member ,

The behavior of all the doctors and staff is not very good, they have opened the hospital only to earn money, no attention is paid to the patient. Telephoneci facility not available here in emergency.
Rao Hospital is open business only for money and here the whole staff behave very rudely, the way of talking on the phone is different.....
