Ranthambore Tiger Home ( Home Away From Home ) - Guest house in Sawai Madhopur - Sawai Madhopur, India

Stayed here with my wife for one night on 1Nov 2023. It's an excellent place and we had very good time there . It is a guest house and not a full fledged hotel. The place is well maintained, with clean rooms and bathrooms and linen ( except the towels which were rather greyish and not white). A big balcony is pleasant for an evening sit out.The place has sufficiently pleasant surroundings although it's in a lane. The owner Mr Dharmaraj and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The food cooked by the cook on order was very tasty and had a homely touch. There is no tea kettle in the room, no fridge but the AC was good. Hot water in the bathroom is from solar heater and in this season was quite hot. The Ranthambore safari is also arranged by the owner and the Cantor pick up is from our guest house. It's certainly value for money.

It's a Home away from Home with great Hospitality where food is served with so much love and sumptuously provided. Best place to stay.

Tiger Home is a great homestay experience. This has been our second stay with them after a long gap but the quality of service has stayed excellent in all these years. They're always eager to help and accomodate. Dinner was very delicious especially the chicken curry! Highly recommend Tiger Home as a budget homestay for great experience.

The place is very warm, cosy and comfortable. And Vijay makes it feel as your own home, by giving you unparalleled hospitality.Though the food is slightly pricey they give you home cooked food that is so yum. As a South Indian coming from Kerala it was heartwarming experience.

Decent, clean, budget, family hotel with homely food. owners are well versed to provide jungle safari information. Highly recommended if one is looking for a budget and comfortable stay.

We weren't expecting these much spacious, neat & clean rooms especially considering Sawai Madhopur being small place.Rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious and clean. There is solar water heater available for the hot water. Food was good (like homely cooked meals) and there are other options in nearby vicinity if you want to try authentic Rajasthani food (Chulha, etc) They also provide the safari booking, which I recommend you should try booking from them. Because the owner is guiding himself in Ranthambargh Tiger Reserve and thus will have knowledge of recent sightings. So the chances will be high to spot tigers in the zone they suggest. (We spotted 2 tigers because there was a kill)

It was indeed a g8 experiance. We were three girlfriends who stayed there for 1 night. We booked it through vipul ji who was our safari guide. They were very warm and took good care. The rooms were nice too. They are very friendly dharmji who came to pick us and dropped us too. He has many stories about the forest and tigers too. Ditch the five-star and go there.
