Ranni Gate - Hotel in Ranni, Pazhavangadi - Pathanamthitta, India

Rooms were clean and had nice fittings. However many things were not working well - hot water tap, non functioning wifi, room fan stopped working midway. There was a 4 page menu but only dosas were available for breakfast. Staff was friendly but not able to fix many of the issues.

Shocked with the misbehaving of staffs under the premium section as one waiter misbehaved with me without knowing who I'm. When I tried to get in contact with the manager.. The receptions person with a tattoo refused to share the manager number as if there is no manager in that hotel. Even he was so unprofessional that to make things worst for the hotel reputation! Stating the words- ivade enganna..! Means this is nothing new for them. I still want to know who is the owner of this hotel with unorganized staffs!?

Bars are stinky.not clean at all. Bar counter staffs are not responsible. I have never experienced such a worst bar like that. There is no other bar here that's why people suffer it.

We really liked your hotel! always be on top! you made our holiday amazing!! you are the best hotel we have ever stayed in! everything is thought out to the smallest detail, perfect !!!!! special thanks to our assistant Taranga, we do not understand anything in English, but he understood us from half a word!!!! he is amazing!!!! we are delighted!

Near to city and busstand . party hall and clean rooms and neat servicing

One of the popular Star Hotel in the Pathanamthitta dist.... Staff very good behaviour...from Cashier to the servers.. There is enough parking place, Very good tasty foods...and the prices are affordable... thanks a lot Team Rani Gate

Not at all a family restaurant. Only suitable for drinks. Not suitable especially for NRI families. Has 2 pages of menu but only typical normal hotel food available. The staff do not even know what is in the menu. Pathetic

The hotel is good and well managed, its the best the city has to offer for your guests from far away. As a person who travels a lot, in my opinion the hotel had fine standards. The rooms were well maintained and well kept, the staff is good at their jobs. The food was fine, I wouldn't call it fabulous but it wasn't disappointing; as I said, it won't disappoint you for its the best the city has to offer
