Today we have placed order for 3portion thali but they delivered us only 2portion. When we asked the owner for the same. They have denied to deliver the rest of the food and moreover, behaved very rudely with us. As we have already paid in full we can't get our money back. So please don't consider them in future or if necessary then checke all the foods before payment.
Today that is 10th October I ordered rooti ,Plain tarka and egg Kasha at near about 9.30 pm and paid in full at 10.05 pm with my Google Pay but till 10.35 pm I had not received my roti. All staff are irresponsible no System was there rooti were being served from outside of restaurant but who ordered earlier waiting inside. Total mess. The worst experience I ever had.I returned back my food as till then they are arguing that all are going in System and came out of the restaurant with empty hand after waiting more than 1 hour.
We have done a ring ceremony occasion there. They have provided quality food with best possible price. Amazing Hospitality from them. We have the following items from menu- - Fried Rice - Cholar Dal - Aloo Chips - Mach Bhaja - Mutton - Chutney (complementary from them) . They listened to our queries patiently and delivered the same. Panner Butter Masala, Mutton, Fried Rice are show stopper. Even the cholar daal and Chutney is lip-smacking. They also have tandoor items which I definitely gonna try next time. They also have Roti-tadka in dinner along with other items from menu. From Hospitality point of view also .
