Food is 10/10, feels like you are sitting on your house and eating. Staff behaviour is so kind and sweet. You can call them as many times you want to refill rice and dall if you buy thali. And they keep roaming around if you need anything. Atmosphere is silent and not a single chaos around you. You can comfortably sit and eat with strangers also. Cleanliness is also 10/10. Prices of thali are affordable. I will recommend "Chicken kosha thali"

Amazing food in budget price with quality ambience

For all the Bengali thali lovers .. highly recommend. We tried katla maser thali and chicken kosha thali. It was mouth watering.

After almost 3-4 year's,again I dined at this Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The food quality was exceptional - every dish was expertly prepared and presented, with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The ambiance of the restaurant was also noteworthy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend RANNAGHAR Restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious meal and great service.

They serve best Mutton kosha along with that all types of Bengali dishes are available. It is a typical Bengali restaurant serving freshly cooked delicious meals. Restaurant ambience is quite good and relaxing. Best to have lunch and dinner here. It's located opposite Goldighi mall inside a lane. Though one has to remember there's no fastfood items available here only typical Bengali menus are served here.

Prices may go high on occasions. There is high price rise and the menu changes completely.

Ambience is very good neat and clean ,you can visit there with friends and family , but highly recommend not to try Non-Veg Items,they need to improve taste of Non-Veg Items.If you are well known to taste say No to Non -Veg .If you are going there for Veg Thali you can go happily there.

I would not have given this 1 star as well but since there isn't an option to put 0 stars made me put that 1 on ur restaurant. It is one of the worst restaurants in silchar. No taste in food and the quantity is not worth recomending. Also i ordered a thali and by thali it means we have access to unlimited amount on few items but to my disbelief there was not much of an item to count on the thali itself. The thali cost me 400 per dish with dal , fish , rice and a small sweet dish and once i asked for extra bhaji they cost me another 50 bucks which sucks in a way for a restaurant who serves thali. I would never recomend this restaurant to anyone traveling to silchar. Worst experience and waste of money.
