Rann of Kutch - Tourist attraction in Dhordo, Gorewali - Kachchh, India

Awesome place ! Though we have visited wrong time but surprisingly it became new experience as the surrounding water waves were given a feeling of oven but in fact it is Salt which gets dry around / before season (Oct - Jan) and gives view of sparkling white sand which is salt. In season there is huge crowd and you may face problem to reach till this point as many cars are there and parking place is already full than it's capacity, tourist/ local/ visitor parking their car wherever they get place so we were lucky not to have such scenario as we just visited in off season but amazing view and place . It's a border.

The great white desert of Kutch offers best view's during sun-set and sun-rise time. It is not advisable to visit during 12-4pm timings. Best season to visit is winter. The famous Ran Utsav starts from November or December. The white desert is made by the drying of salty water.

Rann Utsav gives visitors not only a chance to experience a full moon on salt deserts but also get a taste of the local culture, cuisine, and hospitality. Specially built local houses are also used to house tourists to give them a taste of local traditions.Many adventure clubs and travel clubs organize expeditions. ......Nice place

A Mesmerizing Experience in the Rann of Kutch! The Rann of Kutch is truly a mesmerizing destination that captivates your soul with its raw beauty and unique culture. I had the opportunity to visit this magnificent salt desert, and it was an experience of a lifetime. As you step onto the vast expanse of the Rann of Kutch, you are instantly transported into a different world. The endless white salt stretches as far as the eye can see, creating an otherworldly ambiance. The feeling of walking on this pristine salt desert is beyond words. The festival of Rann Utsav adds an extra charm to this already enchanting place. The vibrant colors of the traditional clothes, the rhythmic folk dances, and the melodious music create a festive atmosphere that fills the air with joy and excitement. One of the highlights of my visit was the interaction with the local Kutchi people. Their warm hospitality and humble nature made me feel positivity.

A nice location.but not worthwile to visit. Saltwater thrown on desert floor n it turns white with salt deposits.

It's beautiful and the village people are good and they gave me a big cup of Tea and they are good ...It's a good place to visit and there are no cheaters here we have to visit here only in the seasons and utsav... Awesome place
