Taxi stand wake up at 5 in the morning. No night service. Pre booking available.( Suggestion to book on the previous day) Toilet is available.but when i found there were no warer. Snacks and tea stall are near by which open 5am.

It's very difficult to get parking here. And finding a tableland is just impossible in Gangtok. So this is a good facility. Besides you can park your vehicles here and hire a taxi for sightseeing.

Probably the biggest taxi stand in the city. You can find reserved as well as shared cabs and sumos here. It is good to say that if you take cab from any place to go to M. G. Market and drop down at Ranka Taxi Stand, it will be very economic. Rather if you took taxis to the market directly it would be quite expensive. But of course you have to walk the rest of the hilly roads to reach the market

Here you get taxi for almost everyplace in sikkim . Seats could be pre booked at the counter and rates are fixed. Its advised that you come here and book things a day in advance so that you can travel as per you timings. Generally 1 seats will have 4 persons and capacity of vehicle is filled like 1+2, 4 & 4.

Bit conjusted and over crowded place, but tourists can get taxi to all places from this point. Even shared taxis are available which charge on per passenger basis.
