It's a good place, a part of history but didn't fascinate that much as I thought it would be like a big mension but it is just like the size of a regular house
Rani Kamlapati was known as the queen of Bhopal. A very nice place to relax to release tensions and depressions. The environment was very clean.
The Rani Kamlapati palace is located near the upper lake in Bhopal. The entrance of it is nearer to upper lake, now a park has been made near the surrounding of the palace The palace is named after Rani Kamlapati. The palace has been converted to a museum. All the heritage of the late queen and his King are well preserved. If one wants to know the history and heritage then can visit this palace. Beware of the thousands bats sitting on the trees on the approach road to the palace. A guard is there who would let you inside the museum. It is a small palace and the entrance and foyer have been converted to museum. Rest of the building is not accessible by public. Thr palace is protected under ASI India. Just beside the lake you will get an amazing view of the lower lake. Please check the pictures i have provided below. This will be worth visiting there.

Very nice place in the heart of the city. Small and well maintained. Things are nicely shown. Preserved by Archiology Department of India. Helping staff. Few ancient cutlery used by the queen is also displayed. The canons are important attractions. View from the the windows and top is amazing. A must visit place for history Archiology nature and scenic view lovers. Lower lake of Bhopal is seen from the windows of this palace.
