This is a good old hotel in the narrow by lanes of Sampangi rama nagar. The place was started in 1948 by a couple who then passed on the business to their next generation. Today, the third generation of this family runs the hotel. Only 3 items are available here- Dosae, Idli & lemon rice/Chitranna. While the place carries a very calm and retro look, there is a huge scope for improvement. Dosae was good, but chutney was salty. The Aloo palya lacked the kick. Idli & vada were very normal too. Hence I skipped the lemon rice. 2 Masala dosa, 2 idlis and 1 vada costed me 210 rupees! That I feel, is too costly, given the taste, service & ambience. Giving it a 3 star for the number of years this place has survived.
I liked masala dosa but it's not worth for 80/- taste is good and idli Vada normal and chitranna also normal not much satisfied ok ok average, we went from Yelahanka not worth goin so far to taste that, if u are near then it is fine.
A family run hotel. Old retro home converted into a hotel. Idli and Ghee Dose is a must try. Idli's are very soft and spongy. They serve Gatti chutney with only dose and not with idly. I asked once gatti chutney for idly which would have been a good combination but they denied and gave only neer chutney. I am very old customer, whenever feel to have some nice soft and spongy idly for breakfast i come here.
Small very old eatery with only three tables to sit inside and one table outside. Super crispy homemade dosa oozing out with Nandini ghee. Accompanied by a mixed vegetable sagu and onion potato palya. Chatni is also arguably good. Being run by a nice lovable couple team. Apart from those soft fluffy good size idlis liberally splashed with Nandini ghee again. We did not try wada because I like it piping hot. Masala Bhat was also very interesting, well spiced.
One of the Best Masala Dosa best taste but totally cramped place but only for Tasty Dose lovers , definitely people are arrogant as many are complaining.
Average ambience but idlis were out of the world went crazy it was soft as cotton never had till today just loved it
Good I loved the masala Dose it was a mine dose. Chutney and Palya was good filled my appetite
Had lunch, one rice Sambaar palya and Happala. 60rs for it. Okish for the area. Average taste, hyped because of history of the place. In which mess does one pick their eaten plate and drop it themselves to wash area? Self picking food plate is okay but self dropping eaten plate! Weird.

One of the older restaurants in south Bangalore. This is the original Brahmin's coffee Bar. Subsequently many places with same name have started in Bangalore though they are not related. Unlike most other places this restaurant has its own timing - 7
Best taste and service. It's one of my favourite places. Whenever we go to Yelahanka, this is the place we prefer to eat. I hope the employee name is Naveen, he suggests the best choice, listens carefully to the orders and serves as we desire. I reco
Visited here on a Saturday morning. Was quite crowded. Famous spot for breakfast with limited yet tasty menu. We had their Ghee Masala Dosa and Idli Vada with chutney. The Masala Dosa was very crisp with good filling of potato bhajji. Idli Vada was a

My favourite pub in Bangalore. Vast seating, excellent vibe, fantastic food! Great service. It is really sad that this place has closed down. The food is inspired by Karnataka. Cool film inspired decor everywhere. The baked Mysore Pak is most excelle
