Staff behaviour was excellent. Food was delicious. But...most attractive thing is the garden. Me and my family have enjoyed the greenery very much.
I'm very disappointed by visiting this resort. The outside of the resort looks very beautiful and enjoyable. Everyone can use their swimming pool and the shadow of the mango trees feels very natural to us. However, this is the only part we loved the most about this resort. Now coming to the indoor parts, rooms are very small in size as normal resorts. Bedsheets were unclean. We booked 4 rooms for 2 days. And each room had some issues with AC water leakage or broken commode in the washroom. Restaurant facilities are also available here with high charges.
The quality of the food is undoubtedly good enough. But food prices are almost three times higher than the normal market and some food prices are four times higher than the normal market! So if possible, keep the food price in mind, this will increase people's enthusiasm towards your Resort & Hotel. Thanking you.
I've had an incredible two days at Shantiniketan's Rangamati resort. The stay was so comfortable, and everything from the beautiful garden to the polite staff, excellent room, and top-notch food made it hard to leave. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Basuda, who became my absolute favorite in these two days. He's the most helpful and approachable person I've ever met. I eagerly look forward to coming back soon. To all those planning a trip to Shantiniketan, this resort is a definite must-check-in!
We again had a wonderful time at Rangamati Garden resort, our go-to place while visiting Shantiniketan and Kankalitala. special mention for the awesome service provided by Lal and the entire team of Rangamati. Their food is also amazingly tasty, and this time, they surpassed themselves by customising food without too much oil or spices for my sister who has restrictions. Would recommend all to stay at Rangamati Garden resort. just a note- would like to request the renovation works to be planned in such a way that afternoon siesta time of guests are not disturbed by the construction noises.
Very nice stay..... resort staffs are very very good. Their property is well maintained and perfect for village lovers.I like their authentic Bengali food.

The hotel is not at all value for money. I booked a cottage for one night on 12thNov'23. I paid Rs 3000/- for room only. The room was quite small/clumsy. The bed had one side access only. Furniture were too mediocre. Bed sheet & pillow covers were dirty. No water in the room
