Staff is very unfriendly and rude. We waited till 3pm for check in and then also we asked at the reception how much time. Miss orha at the reception replied maam how will I know. I am not cleaning the room. Then who will know? During breakfast it is written Dosa in the menu and wen we asked they said it is on chargeable basis. In which hotel is idly, utapam in menu and dosa is chargeable. There was a senior staff Mr Rakesh and he was so rude. Kids couldn't eat anything and so we wanted hot chocolate and he replied uska extra charge. For normal white bread we waited almost 20 mins. Food is horrible and bland. There is no salt in anything. Service is really bad. While check out, 1 room key was submitted at the reception and not left in room so the staff was so rude and told us if u dont pay us we will not load ur luggage. Hence we told them to go and check at the reception for the key. We wont steal a plastic key card when we have booked 6 rooms for 2 nights.Housekeeping staff is v nice and co operative. I would recommend not to go and spoil your holiday staying in this hotel. Thank you
It was very nice experience overall... And Mr. Poonam Choudhary helped us a lot. He made sure for our Veg and Jain food as per family requirements.
The hotels is very good with clean bathrooms ,clean room ,service was very good ,Buffet breakfast was very good .Many options was available in breakfast.The Lobby was full of Rajasthani pictures .It is on road which leads to SAM sand dunes ,over all experience is very good ,stayed there in September 2023,three beds were arranged in room for three people.Swimming pool is also available on property
Service as compared to price was not up to mark. Buffet had very less options . Wifi doesn't work well. We stayed for 3 days but the hotel was cheap enough to charge for the lost card without giving the bill!
