Worst experience ever in hospital. Named as private hospital. Soo Called rane hospital. The staffs are worst in work responsibility for patients and just doing it like casual way doctors not putting there extra effort don't have manners how to talk with the patient and there relative. Slow reaction when patient is in need of something and if we go to ask them its not happening patient is suffering the answer is (HO JAYEGA) really we are here to get relief for patients but here you never get relief you will get add on disease. Patient and me both said to doctor previous night that patient is suffering with lose motion at the starting stage. But as usual because of slow reaction patient need to suffer more the problem gets more. So this hospital only needs money not they dont have responsibility for patients, doctors is not there for patients they just trying to talk with patients relative they dont want to visit the patients they dont want to know what the patient is suffering the answer is (ABHI DAWA DIYE HAI THIK HO JAIGA) doctors in rane hospital work for money not for service bad experience till now. A lot to say more but hope peoples understand the hospital and the hospitality not good and rane hospital.

Very very unhappy with the experience. First of all, they don't let the relatives meet their patients in the ICU (there are no visiting hours at all), although the patient may be thriving to meet his relatives. Secondly, even if we say that we need to talk to the doctor, they don't let us in, saying that he is busy with another patient. Thirdly, they do not perform proper & timely tests for the lungs, as suggested by the visiting lungs doctor. Because of this, my patient did not get a timely treatment and her condition worsened now. Also, when the reports are out, they said that the lungs condition is too bad, whereas it was not the case, when we showed the reports in another hospital. Moreover, despite the condition being critical, they shifted my patient from the ICU to the ward, and just within 2 hours, shifted her again to the ICU. Furthermore, they don't even update the relatives on what tests have been done, whereas a visiting lungs doctor did not visit for 4 days at a stretch, and the staff did not even think to inform us, and hence we wasted so much of time. What sort of management is this?

I m really glad to say that Please Visit Rane hospital if anyone is searching good Heart specialist hospital, staff are excellent and very friendly behaviour, even doctor are also very dedicated in their profession. My experience for my father who was admitted here - Doctors Dr Rane and his family were prompt in responding to my father's needs. So were the RMO. I specially liked Dr Kavita's diagnosis and approach of least medicines and reliance on exercise to address diabetes. Service ICU care is fine but the nurses and ward boys need to be more prompt. Their slowness can get on one's nerve But, Nurse Pranali at both icu and deluxe room floor were very efficient and prompt. So was nurse Ashwini. The service in private room was much much better and so were the nurses. Shout out to ward boy Vikas and coordinator Ankit. Sitting arrangement My husband in all probability got dengue thanks to waiting outside icu ward and getting bitten by mosquitoes there. It is disheartening to see no sitting arrangement for relatives. Even railway stations have waiting room with AC. Here you do not have fans in the lobby! This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP. For patients who'd be in icu for longer time, their relatives would be buddies of mosquitoes and cats on the ground floor. MOST IMPORTANT THE NURSES AND RMO DO NOT CALL PATIENTS' RELATIVES WHEN DOCTORS MAKE VISIT. THIS IS AGAIN NOT ACCEPTABLE AS WE NEED TO KNOW FROM HORSE'S MOUTH AND NOT VIA RMO. Pharmacy 9 to 5 and Sunday off is not practiced even by sarkari chemists. If it is attached to a hospital, it NEEDS TO OPEN 24x7. There are no good pharmacies around as well.

Very Good Hospital.They will treat the patients in a very nice manner and the doctors are well experienced in this hospital....

From the very beginning; at the time of admission ; the compassion and attention received by the patient, gives you a sense of comfort and security, especially when we have come in a critical situation. What is endearing, is the patience with which the Patient and family are explained clearly and meticulously about the problem, procedure and plan of action, not only by Dr Rane, but also his team: Dr Vinod, Dr Gajanand. The care and comfort by the supporting team of nurses, ward boys and ayyahs are soothing and reassuring. We feel truly confident and satisfied at having one of the best treatment as we leave this hospital. Thank you once again Dr Rane.

Every one in the hospital are very caring, good hospitality, good team work ,nice nursing, best treatment given in time.. I prefer to come in this hospital for any minute problem to recover fast.

Due to Kavita mam prescription and guidance first time I feel that I am going with right path with her guidance. Good co-operation by all team.
