Treatment was good. Nurse were very humble and helpful. Food was very nice.just like home cooked. One more attendant should be allowed in few cases for few hours.
The behavior of all the doctors, nurses, housekeeping and staff of this hospital is very good and the hospital is very clean.
Just got my 25mm kidney stone removed here.. Very well maintained Hospital. . And the Doctors.. I must say... Dr Prem Kumar and Dr Rajeev Kumar Vats.. Such cool people they are.. And they sing songs in the OT as well.. ... Then there was Rinku Bhaiya... He kept me entertained in OT... The Nursing staff was there 24/7 to help... Nurses are really helpful.. They understand your pain and take good care.. Aur yaha chai bhi acchi milti hai...
First of all.. The guard bosses around so much like he is the owner of Ranchi Urology Center... They dont allow attendants to be with patients at the time of report review.. That's really bad.. Every person has their problems, health issues which takes them to doctors.. A common man (attendant of patient) is not available to get humiliated by those guards! I like the doctor's work.. Staff is also co operative.. Just because of the ill treatment of the guards I Am giving a single star.. This needs to be verified properly that attendants dont feel miserable because of anyone.
My overall experience with Dr prem kumar has been very good . The doctor is nice and understand the issue and concern. All the nurse made the feel at home . I like the all over service thank you for the support

My father was admitted in this hospital for surgery of prostate and infection in testicles. This is done by Dr. Prem Kumar. I want to special mention Dr. Prem Kumar for his services and the way he explains the illness, their cause and treatment procedure. All the staffs are good with their behaviour and cooperative except few security guards. Also, I want to mention Arvind sir as he gives time to patients to explain the illness, cause and their future repercussion, even he talks on the phone call if any patient is in emergency situation and they can not reach hospital immediately. Also, want to mention Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh as we got appointment with him on the very first day, later he also used to come in absence of Dr. Prem Kumar and explains whatever was going on in treatment. Few security guards need training for how to interact with patients and attendant. (No one wants to come hospital repeatedly, Patients come from very far as Dr. Prem Kumar sir is famous for his treatment excellency).
Dr. Prem sir literally ...he is excellent doctor and very hardworking and well mannered...i m satisfied with the support from the staff and specially "Doctor Saheb"... nurses are very caring and helpful ...the food is also delicious for patients...ward Boy very helpful...neat and clean hospital....
