Pathetic and money grubbers $$$$$. I went with my wife for her second trimester ultrasound(US). We were thinking of registering with this hospital for pregnancy related counseling and follow-ups. I will discuss three incidents faced by me at this place: 1. At the US receptionist desk - I asked the lady sitting behind the desk about how much time it will take for the whole procedure to finish? To which she replied it will take at most 35 mins. You won't believe even after waiting for more than 2 hours there was no sign of our turn. So I asked the same lady about such a long waiting time, to which she replied that she didn't include the queue time, means she gave me the estimated time without including the patients who were already in the queue. Oh! common this is utter unprofessional. This made me loose my calmness and I asked her if she is an intern or an employee? She got offended by this and took me inside the US room and I got a chance to directly talk with the "Rediologist" (as spelled on the plate of the room). After having word with him my wife was promoted in the queue and she got her US. 2. Waiting for appointment with the Doctor - After US reports we thought of seeing the doctor. So we asked the main receptionist for the appointment, she told me we are 19th in the queue and the present number is 17th, and it will take 10 -15 mins. Again, almost 6 - 7 patients were counseled before our turn came and we waited for almost 45 mins. This became intolerable and I went to the main receptionist desk. Instead of admitting her mistake and giving any valid reason she told that patients who went for advised medical checkups were returning with their reports to counsel with the doctor. Oh! common such a lame excuse. Why should someone buy it at all? Since, she is a long time employee of this hospital so she might be knowing that such patients will come in-between and when someone, like me ask how much time it will take they should give a proper estimate. 3. When I reported all these to doctor she instead of considering patient's woos became rude. Apart from this while she was confirming the family history of my wife, whose both parents have passed, she was too emotionless during the whole conversation. My wife even started crying while replying to her but still she was barely moved. Probably hers long professional career has shaped her into a cold clinician. So, I would suggest that you should go here only if you have surplus time, and rude and careless behavior of staff does not bother you at all.

Pediatrics: 1) No advance appointment. Patient will be seen only on visit . 2) Standard timing 10 to 1 and then 5 to 8 , Doctor does not care what is the condition of patients. Will check fix number . 3) Rude staff . No sense how to deal with people , Main aim is to earn money only
