RANA EYE CENTRE - Eye care center in Rishikesh - Dehradun, India

Dr. Rana is experienced and has decent knowledge. I took my mother there for her cataract operation, and even though the scheduled time was around 11AM, the operation didn't start until 3PM. Since my mother is a diabetic patient and we live nearby, I requested if we could go home and have lunch and come back within 20 to 30 minutes, but they didn't allow us. Eventually, the operation was successful and only took 20 minutes. However, I think they need to work on their management as their processes are not well-aligned and followed. The staff is helpful and quick, but I observed that sometimes they are rude to patients. The staff needs to understand that the majority of patients are from rural areas and are elderly, so they should be polite with them. Overall, I would say it's a good hospital for eye treatments, but it's always crowded, so the waiting time is significant.

I took my mother-in-law for cataract operation there, although the surgery was a success and was finished in 20mins but the waiting time started since morning 11AM, we had no clue when the surgery will happen or how much time it will take. they started the surgery in the evening at 5PM, so we waited the whole day for a 20min operation. I live nearby so if they would have told me the exact timing, I would have gone home,take rest, eat and came back. Doctor is good but management needs to improve.

I took my Father for cataract operation there, although the surgery was a success and was finished in 20mins but constraint is the waiting time. Management needs to improve waiting Time.

Doctor is knowledgeable and very good staff is also good. I suggest first Rana eye centre

Doctor was nice to us, i had taken my grandmother for her eye check up and they did something to clear her eyes, after 1 day my grandmother was suffering trouble a alot of pain, so i called all there no. Which I didn't get any response due to Which I'm giving you guy's 1 star

Today visit Rana Eye center Rishikesh,Dr.Rana is so polite and superb person no doubt for his work ....after that it was worse experience actually there is no tym management,no appointment procedure patient were waiting for their turn from 11:00am to 6:00pm continue they all are sitting with out meal.

Receptiniest is soo arrogant and her behavior is not good Sir I request you to please change the staff of reception please She is not able to understand others problem Your hospital hope for pahadi but she can't understand it It seems she is in anger all the time Please sir it is my humble request
