Room's are good but survive is poor, maintenance and difficult to find the hotel
Don't hope for the best, it'll be enough to have a stay for one day or one night. They don't have water heaters in the rooms, so you need to wait for the hot water for sometime after you ask them. Noo food or canteen is there.

Very near to VISAKHAPATNAM DWARAKA BUS STATION COMPLEX and for simple stay. Only lodging no boarding. Food items can get very nearby. Good enough.
Pros, walkable from RTC complex. They provide you hot water on request. Cons, my bathroom was very unclean and too expensive for the standards they have.(1200 for a single room). Room is also very okayish. I went here only because I was left with no other options.

This is very near to RTC Complex. The rooms are very cozy and stinky. The rates fluctuates with the season of festivals (Rs.600-1500). At year end and winter season, the rates doubled. There is no hot water provision in rooms.
