Pros:
1.Dr. Prabhavathi's treatment is very good.
2.Nurses are treating well.
3.Lift and wheel chair accessible.
4.Canteen food is good at reasonable price.
5.Pharmacy accepts UPI payments. For some of the tests we have to pay in cash only.
Cons:
1. Reception is the worst part in this hospital. Even though we booked the slots a day before consultation, there is no proper consultation order maintained here.
2. Recommendation patients always gets high priority and we have to wait couple of hours for our turn even our appointment number is 1. Even 9 months women with special OP appointment waited for ours due to this recommendation candidate issue. Staff didn't responded well.
3. Rooms and washrooms should have been better for that cost.
Very very worst treatment because doctors all staff are very rash....that to na 10months waste chesadu final results is 0%also rating pakka commercial worst hospital of east godavari guys don't consult this type of hospital because time waste .....worst doctors staff
Doctor Prabhavathi is good but Worst staff behaviour ie OP staff are arrogant and head strong. The head Doctor (Prabhavathi) timings are irregular. No proper intimation as to when she would be available wherein pregnant women will have to suffer a lot. The person responsible for scanning will not report on time. It was informed that doctor prabhavathi will be available from 6am -10 am so we travelled 1hour and half hour and reached the hospital at 7 am but neither the doctor prabhavathi nor the person who was supposed to do the scanning, reported on time. Neither was there a proper and responsible response from the staff. No proper ventilation nor does the staff turn on ac. Pregnant especially the ones in their last trimisters are suffering a lot. There was a blame game going on, staff was stating doctor prabhavathi did not inform them about timings for the day, the doctor on the othet hand came examine her patients and then went for an operation. No one is ready to take the responsibility.
Think and choose the doctor wisely. The Doctor/head Prabhavathi is also not concerner about how her staff are behaving with the patients. Its just business here.

How poor management they are. If the patient was in series condition with pain straggle And came for admit in mind night. They are not allow us to admit.
Even we are not new . We have been taking 5months treatments with spending 6000. Every each check up.
