The Staff and Doctors were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved ramved hospital doctor really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. My experience at this hospital was exemplary. Everyone I encountered was warm and knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and safety. I was pleased with the level of care I received, the cleanliness of the hospital, and the ease with which I was able to navigate their online system. Highly recommend this hospital for any medical needs.

The doctor here is good and experienced but the behaviour of the receptionist and staff members is extremely annoying. The receptionist is very careless and I even found some staff members smoking just at the entrance of the hospital. Dr Jolly is very soft spoken and experienced. She doesn't prescribe unnecessary medication like other doctors. Update as of 26th Sept, 2023: It's been a year of my delivery now, this doctor and staff refused to do the delivery at the last moment (38th week). Staff misbehaved with my husband in their premises and also mentioned "Jaha delivery karana h Kara lo" -- "wherever you want to do delivery, go there!" Dr Jolly first asked us to get a date and time of delivery and then when we came back with the date and time, she/staff kept denying any consultation and also gave no finalisation of the date and time of delivery. Such inhuman behaviour of a doctor is a sham on the society, city and the country. Mental pressure on the patient and the expecting family is incomparable. Such medical goons should be brought to justice is what all I can mention. Revised rating no star. Proof of this behaviour from hospital staff can be found in their CCTV as well.

Worst experience ever. I don't recommend this hospital at all. The doctor here is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to patients. He has a money mindset where he wants the medicines to be taken from the hospital so that he can make his profits, and if you will question then he will refuse to treat the patient. I recently had this experience when my grandmother was admitted here. He even disrespected my family. This is not how a hospital is supposed to work. Please avoid taking your loved ones here.

Service was good and well treated . Doctors were friendly. Hospital was well cleaned and maintained.

Worst hospital ever. This particular doctor forcibly did tests on my Grandmother without taking any consent from the family. Later when asked why, he threatened the patient (mind you she was 80year +) to leave the hospital. Is that how a doctor is supposed to be? Only out there to make extra money, DO NOT GO HERE AND ADMIT YOUR LOVED ONES, Or be ready to be looted. Please choose better, choose someone who genuinely cared and is a true doctor at heart and not there to just mint money

Typical money minded behaviour of doctors. They make you buy medicines from inside the hospital at 20x price, else they will ask you to simply take the patient away. Please don't admit your loved ones here if you want them to get well. The doctors and the entire staff lacks empathy.

It's a very nice hospital and the staff is very nice n good . A genuine treatment is always been given in this hospital .
