We booked three rooms and stayed three nights and four days from 02/11/2023 at Ramsai Tea and Wildlife resort. We enjoyed the hospitality of Mr. Sreedhar Bangur. Food quality, behaviour of the staff, cleanliness etc. are excellent. Rooms are also decent. It is value for money.
I was suggested about this place by Help Tourism & am most thankful to them. I sent my mother & 5 aunts,all senior citizens and they reported everything about this place as top class inclusive of the personal attention by Mr Sridhar. Food was a bit expensive but very tasty, thanks to the excellent Chef.
I had a wonderful time in Ramsai. Can't wait to go back. Their USP is their food and the personal touch Mr Shridhar gives to the smallest of things. The staff are cordial and thoughtful about your needs.

Excellent Hospitaility, Perfect Lunch & Dinner ,Best Palce on earth to relax & Enjoy & located on mid of tea bagan & Surrounding Forest.
The resort is surrounded by lush tea gardens ( inside Jadavpur tea garden ) and our one day stay ( 21st May 2023 ) was extremely memorable and cherishing. We were specially overwhelmed by their courtesy of the staff people. Worth mentioning their Manager Mr Sreedhar and Chefs Samir and Bilash who cooked some palatable delicacies for us. Food is just superb, homely and served hot and the best part is "on order and on choice of the guest", served with utmost warmth and care. Highly recommended for all nature lovers.Rooms are spacious, comfortable equipped with ACs and Gysers. Complementary Breakfast was superb . Last but not the least is the genuine humility of the staffs ( Suraj and Karan ) headed by Mr Sridhar who himself is a wildlife enthusiast and helped us in arranging all tours ( Medla Watch Tower Tribal dance ) from the Ramsai eco and wildlife resort. We would love to come back and stay here definitely.
