The maintenance charges collected is extremely on the high side. Consider is required for some reduction in that will be much helpful to those who have purchased the flat, villa by availing loan from banks.

I have been living here since 9 months and would say this is good place to stay. Having all basic amnities like child play area, gym , walk area , power backup......Best part is the sea view from the terrace and a cool fresh breeze flowing throught the day !! I love this place and even would recommend to others as well :)

Entire apartment is nice; have all the amenities including a gym and a tiny park. Lack of planning felt as there is no 2BHKs but the 1BHKs are big enough for a 2 BHK.

Very well developed society. All basic Amenities are there, secure and safe place. Have a park and society gym. Spacious, neat and clean roads.

The place itself is not all that impressive but it does surrounds a beautiful small lake which keeps the area somewhat cooler, I don't know if that was my bias at play but the lake just did it for me.

Great society with security,power backup, gym and other basic facilities. Very good for families as well bachelors.

One kilometre from OMR road peaceful location but observed less children play area
