Upcoming metro station is hardly 500m away.. The place has very high growing potential. The apartment is well maintained with 24 hrs security and CCTV camaras .. There is a Gym and community hall.. Overall peaceful atmosphere with good residents.. Worth living.
Good place to live . People are co-operative. Some restrictions are there to give rooms on rent to bachelors still a few landlords will allow you if you convince them not to create too much trouble for others.

It's. Very nice society..,...I love it. With all modern amenities. Car parking reserved for all occupants. 24x7 water, light, security n gated community. Gym n community hall, what else required, nothing.
