This is a very old and good place to buy watches and get the genuine battery replaced!! Though I had a slightly bad experience, I gave my mk watch for battery change, there was a black mark near the Dial, they said that it's dirt inside, which was not true !! The person tried to scrap it using a sharp tool, which in turn resulted in scrapping the Rosegold polish and scratch on the glass!! The most disappointing thing was that, person was not even admitting that it was his fault and should have taken care!! So be careful before you get anything done!! Rest everything was fine and on time !!

Outstanding service. Although I am a regular customer, I never expected such good gesture from them! Today I requested them to change the metal strap of my Tissot, as it had lost its sheen. They instead cleaned it, taking much time, completely free of cost, saying why would you spend money on it? Now it is almost looking like brand new! Kudos to them.

The most supporting after sales service. I got a gift watch frm this shop but the person gifting did not give the Invoice. After a few days I faced some issues with the watch so i connected with Rams to issue a duplicate invoice as per the Warranty Card that i had. And Mr Ravi fully cooperate and helped me out. Excellent Support will surely recommend to others too.

Bought a Tissot watch a few years ago. Today I went to an authorised service centre in Bangalore (Swatch group service centre, Brigade Road). In the service centre, they told me that the watch is not genuine. I was shocked after hearing that. After this, I went to Times in Jayanagar. They also told me the same thing. We paid 32k for that watch. Please be careful.

They are the premium retailers and service partners for Swiss watches such as Swiss Eagle. The shop has an old world feeling where even amid selling of time wears, time stops at a more genteel era where business transactions were accompanied by polite conversations. Look for further if you have to get yourself a luxury watch. You might a get a good discount, too, on your Casio or Swatch.
