Complimentary breakfast. Service was average. Cleanliness was average. Only one person to attend guests. No live counters. So I would rate it average. Rest rooms and room service was good.

Great place and decent location. But no other restaurants near by and lots of construction happening around locality. While the rooms are sound proof. Accessing the hotel may be tricky during upcoming monsoon. The food was good and complimentary breakfast was decent. Rooms have good seating and sleeping space with decent bathroom.

- Rooms are big but full of mosquitos.. - The buffet breakfast was good and worth it. - Service was okay at reception. Not welcoming nature. Probably TN people don't like Hindi speaking/North people and common issues everywhere in TN. - Enough parking at Hotel.

We came to this Hotel unplanned because of some reservation problem with another Hotel. We just stayed overnight to catch our flight. Nice and comfortable place. Special thanks to Mr.David at the front desk who was very helpful in arranging a cab for us and also with some other requests we had.

I had reached the hotel 4 hours earlier, and the front office declined to check me in. Eventhough I had booked and paid for 2 nights, I had told them that I would stay for only one night and checkout 18 hours before scheduled checkout. Eventhough they agreed for checkin, they asked so many questions, like a conditional bail prisoner. courtisy was missing in front office. Otherwise the hotel and resturant are good , clean, and hygene.

6000rs for a suite room, is way too high for the service they provide and room quality, food is good but rooms need a lot of improvement, they should give basic HOT Water, got darshan in temple at 5am, my kid cried a lot to bath in cold water, Atleast door mats should be given at bathroom or else entire room will be wet. Service is bit poor, they didn't care to drop luggage to room during checkin, leave about checkout. Coming to location, there is no proper road, or street lights, definately females cannot go out alone. Since this is the only building in that road, government also doesn't take care, hopefully in a few years roads will come and our car tyres don't get punctured from construction work in nearby places

The staff was very cordial and polite. The rooms were very good neat and clean. I would like to extend my special thanks to who was extremely helpful and catered to all my requirements during the stay.Overall the stay was pleasent and the staff was friendly too!
