Purchased 44cm shirt on 13th Jan 2021 for my uncle but it was not suitable which he usually wears and so exchanged with 42cm on 17th Jan but it is also not suitable and so we asked for exchange but showroom people are not ready to do it eventhough I had taken my uncle with me to find the right size. Now the pollachi dealers are not ready to replace the shirt and so we hand overed the shirt to the showroom people without getting any exchange or refund. We when go for small shops we can get the right size and right comfortable. By keeping brand name spoiling people money without giving the correct product.
Today I visit ramraj showroom the staffs are very supporting and good behavior the pure 100 percent quality cotton very nice the pongal spl offer shirt and dhothi i will purchase 700
Worst Customer services. Pls dont purchase the dresses here. Instead of that purchase dresses from "co-optex".Reasonable price with good quality.
Very bad experience. We can better purchase the shirt in normal khadhi shops.Poor behaviour of the staffs.
