Pathetic and unprofessional behaviour of the staff as well as manager. Washrooms were smelly and even after complaining,they were not cleaned. The plate system for function was not upto the mark. Overall not a good experience here. Don't book any marriage event if you want the function to be hassle free .
WORST EVER EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK FUNCTION EVENT HERE The owner is very very greedy. They ruined the enjoyment of my sister marriage function. They hide many things before finalizing the deal. Very suprisingly they have plate system for snacks(log ruk ruk kr khate hai to unhe apni jhoothi plates table par leke baithni pdi taki dobara usi plate mei le ske otherwise wo extra plate lga dete), they do not serve breakfast/snacks to guests. They charge whooping amount per plate but with very bad service. Also they added 20 extra plates in the final bill which is Rs. 20k God knows everything and KARMA is like a boomerang, what goes around comes around.
overall service is very poor. avoid booking any event here. I attended a marriage function of my relative and every other guest there was complaing about different rules and everyone had very bad experience

Service is poor and staff + manager would scam people to spend extra money on basic amenities. Toilet is not clean and smelly. We booked 10 rooms as it was a family vacation and the ACs didn't work. We were about to cancel the booking because of the temperature and then the manager called technician for AC. The staff would bring a bottle of water and would tell each time that it costs extra. Pathetic stay. I'd go to another hotel. I won't recommend it to anyone. Please don't waste money. Staff scamming people.

Good I'm staying here for my ssb. It was a really good hotel but some of the instruments like the telephone to order were not working I will suggest him to take action on that otherwise all services are good.
